Adding another crew and we are looking for a qualified commercial construction landscape foreman to join our team. The landscape foreman is responsible for installations and the management of projects off-site. The foreman is also responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner. If you have experience in the commercial landscape field and like to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you. This is a full-time, year-round position. Job includes consistent overtime pay opportunities, benefits, and the chance to work within a company with a great atmosphere. You will be working from our Greeley location.
Key Functions:
- Direct activities on the job site
- Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
- Communicate and coordinate with the designer effectively for accurate completion of installations
- Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practices of installation and company standards
- Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance
- Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times-Other duties as required
General Requirements:
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Commercial Irrigation experience
- Insurable driving record
- Proficient equipment operating skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated
- Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers)

Landscape Laborers work as a unified team under the direct supervision of the Landscape Foreman. They are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner under that authority.
- Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis
- Work as part of a team and take direction
- Communicate and coordinate with the Foreman and peers
- Follow best practices of installation and company standards
- Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Other duties as required
General Requirements:
- Previous landscape installation experience
- Clean driving record
- Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications
- Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
- A highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated
- Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours & weekends
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background
